About
My name is Zephan HuBert, I’m currently a Senior BFA major in Electronic Media Arts Design from the University of Denver in Colorado. After graduation I would like to move into the graphic design field, focusing on print material and digital interaction development. My original introduction to art was in pencil drawings, starting before high school. During more than three years in DUs art program and living through the digital revolution of the 21st century, I have learned to combine my love of drawing and fine art with electronic media and digital creation.
My life experiences and what I have gathered from professors and friends has broadened my understanding of culture, society, the way people interact, and the connections that hold the world together. In combining this understanding with art, the intent is to create works the viewer can interact with and can feel a part of. This experience puts the viewer into the work, heightening the meaning of the work and making it personal for them. The use of digital creation tools allows for a much more interactive experience with a wide range of materials and uses.
